First South and North Yorkshire (FS&NY) is a management division of FirstGroup, operating in York and across South Yorkshire. FS&NY are just a management division grouping together two other companies, and they do not directly operate any buses themselves.
Two separate FirstGroup divisions make up FS&NY. These are First South Yorkshire and First York. These were brought together managerially to form FS&NY in mid-2014, as part of the new First Divisional Management Structure scheme.
FS&NY's headquarters is located at First South Yorkshire's Midland Road depot and headquarters in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
